Tristan’s Pico de Gallo Recipe

Ingredients

2 large tomatoes, diced

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup finely chopped white onion

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon jalapeno juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Combine ingredients, stir until evenly distributed, chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator and enjoy!

We enjoyed ours with Black Bean & Garlic Chips.
